Like most people, I’m quite busy; I work full-time while completing graduate school. I try to keep my dinner prep/cooking time to a minimum on weeknights so I have time to procrastinate studying by watching TV (I’m super good at procrastinating. I actually meant to start this blog months ago). Saturdays and Sundays are my preferred days to experiment with more labor-intensive meals!
